At Parkhouse Leather Co., each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are custom made to order, and because of this, our return policy differs from mass-produced goods. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All items that are custom selected or made to order (not a ready-made item) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom sizing or measurements

Custom colors, finishes, or materials
-
Personalized items (names, initials, logos, custom designs)

Any product made specifically to a customer’s specifications
Once production has begun, these orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
"READYMADE" (Non-Custom) Items
If a product is clearly listed as READYMADE / non-custom, it may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right.
Natural Characteristics of Leather
Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, markings, and color are normal and are not considered defects. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique.
