Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging
